Barnardos children’s charity is asking you to donate what you can this Giving Day on Friday 19th September, kindly supported by Dell Technologies.
raised so far

For over 60 years, Barnardos has been helping the most vulnerable children in society achieve their full potential. Our work ensures that children can achieve their milestones and develop resilience to help them overcome the challenges they may be facing.
We are very excited to team up with Ireland’s Classic Hits Radio for a host of Giving Day activities highlighting the work that we do and encouraging listeners and supporters to ‘click and donate’ what they can.
All funds raised on Barnardos Giving Day will help to create safe spaces for children to learn, grow, and thrive – helping to change their story. Every euro raised can make a world of difference to a vulnerable child so please donate what you can.
Because childhood lasts a lifetime.

Help us be there for vulnerable children.
Barnardos is Ireland’s largest children’s charity which supports the most vulnerable children in society. We provide a range of targeted, practical, and emotional support services in communities, schools, family homes; and 56 Barnardos service locations nationwide. Last year Barnardos supported over 35,000 vulnerable children, families and individuals nationwide. But we cannot do it alone.
Our work supports those affected by childhood trauma such as poverty; domestic violence or abuse; children whose parents suffer from mental health issues or addiction; separation and bereavement and more. We see first-hand how families are struggling to cope with the cost-of-living crisis, with many cutting back or going without heat, electricity and food. Demand for our services has never been greater.
These families need our help. We need yours.
